The Unity Christian Church of Radford ("Company," "we," "us," "our," “UCC,” “Unity,” or “Unity Christian Church”) website (“Site”) is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of www.unitychristianchurchradford.org constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference if necessary.

www.unitychristianchurchradford.org is primarily a Religious site devoted to furthering the mission of Unity Christian Church to transform lives, our congregation, and community based on God's unique vision for us, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and sharing the unconditional love of Jesus Christ.

Donation, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

All gifts given of any type are final and for unrestricted use. You understand that all of your gifts are unto the Lord and pledge that you will not cause these funds to be returned or go unpaid. Returned checks will be referred to a third party for collections. All giving is final. Once you give, you cannot request or receive change or monies back under any circumstances.

Applicable Law & General Information

This Site is created and controlled by Unity Christian Church in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. As such, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall apply to the foregoing disclaimers, terms and conditions, including the Unity Christian Church Privacy Policy, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia for any claim or dispute against Unity Christian Church arising under these disclaimers, terms and conditions, including the Unity Christian Church Privacy Policy.

If any portion of these Terms of Use is found to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that portion shall be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that matches the intent of the original provision as closely as possible.
