Evangelism/Hospitality Ministry

This ministry is one of our Reaching Out parts of our vision and mission.

It focuses on welcoming new people from their first arrival.  Our deacons are trained to help assist new people by giving them a friendly hello, a packet of information about our church, and a small gift. 

Someone from our Evangelism Team will make arrangements to take new members to lunch after worship and help integrate them into the life of the church. We offer Reach Classes that are designed to share information about our church with new members and how to connect.

We also plan and coordinate events and activities for the New River Valley community as a way of reaching out to others in an easy, natural way.
